1. Information Collection

We collect personal data only when it is voluntarily submitted by users, such as contact form submissions and service enquiries. Where a building is under contract, we also receive operational data: hydraulic pressure and vibration signals recorded by edge nodes installed in communal pipe ducts and meter rooms, and the coarse building parameters supplied by the building owner or manager so that a hydraulic model of the network can be built. Our sensors are installed outside residential units and measure the shared pipe network.

2. Use of Data

Personal data submitted through this site is used to respond to enquiries, fulfil requests and improve our services. Sensor data is used to build and calibrate the hydraulic model of the building, to train and fine-tune the detection model for that network, and to produce leak alerts, severity grading and condition reports. Diagnostic output identifies a location within the building — floor, flat, and whether the leak sits inside or outside the unit — and is provided to the party that commissioned the service. We do not sell personal data.

3. Security

We use reasonable safeguards to protect data, but no transmission is completely secure. Subscribers are responsible for their own dashboard account access credentials and for controlling who within their organisation can view building reports.
