What We Are Looking For
Pilot buildings from property-management partners
A single building is enough to start. We handle the site survey, the sensor plan and the installation; you get a network condition report and the option to continue into monitoring.
Introductions to Owners' Corporations and the Housing Authority
These are the bodies that make capital expenditure decisions on communal pipe systems. If you can open a conversation, we would value the introduction.

We are a pre-seed HKUST spin-off at TRL 4–5. An early engagement is a development partnership, not a product purchase — we will be straight with you about what is proven and what is not.
